How do I renew my domain name ?

The procedure for renewals varies from agent to agent. In theory, domain names are renewed automatically and the agent is charged the fee. However, your agent may impose certain conditions on the renewal of your domain name (e.g. that you pay the renewal fee in advance). In theory, the agent will send you an invoice for the renewal, by post or by e-mail.

It is therefore extremely important that you give your agent advance notice of whether or not you intend to extend your domain name. If you do not wish to extend your domain name, the agent will need to delete it in good time, i.e. at the latest before the final calendar day of the month in question.

Renewals are valid for a one-year period.

What is happening if the WHOIS database reports that your agent is DNS BE ?
